Our thoughts are a powerful thing. Our internal monologue can dictate what we attract more of and even how we view the world. Becoming more conscious of each thought and focusing on gratitude and your goals can help you better achieve a healthy, happy life.

I am a Manifestation & Mindset Mentor, but more recently identified more as a writer after beginning a project of writing a book on manifestation!
Funnily enough, I never ever saw myself in this line of work at all – I went through all of high school choosing the ‘serious subjects’ like physics, chemistry, and math and ended up studying 6 years to graduate with two bachelor’s degrees of science. It was in my last year of studying that I realized that I had a love for all things mindset, and began a blog on this topic, as well as health. After starting The Kimberley Wenya Podcast, I continued to follow what felt best which was chatting about manifestation! At the time it was a very woo-woo subject, and not a lot of people really knew what it was. It’s been awesome to see it become more mainstream, and my current endeavor has been to help more people understand how manifestation can be used without being intimidated by its prior woo-woo connotations; to understand that as modern people, we can easily align with universal laws and principles to create a life we love!
Tapping into the energetics of manifestation [has been my favorite aspect of this work]. I think I’ve always loved the idea of magic, and have been enthralled with the idea of the possibility of making things appear out of nothing. Manifestation has been the closest thing to it that I have seen work! Energetics in particular is a side of manifestation that I’ve loved to delve into as it’s helped me to attract things just by shifting my energy!
Manifestation isn’t really completed in a ‘session’ per se, but is something we are always taking part in! It’s the creation of our reality based on our vibration, thoughts, and feelings (as well as actions). It’s a lot to explain, but three tips I have are:
1. Observe your thoughts: what are you thinking? Notice how what you think maybe what is happening more and more often. If you were to change one thought to be different (perhaps, a little more positive) – watch and see if anything changes…
2. Use gratitude to attract! Each morning, I make a short list of three things I’m grateful for and I take a 30-second moment to feel into it! From here, I think of my desire with the same level of gratitude I just created.
3. Follow your intuition! It tells you what actions to take… and said actions typically help you to collapse time – so ensure that you allow yourself to listen to your heart!
The process of manifestation in general is one that creates a personal development journey for anyone! I have personally loved it because having desires and intentionally manifesting them has led to me being more aware of my thoughts and feelings… and once I have been able to do so, I’ve seen some positive influences on overall health — such as feeling good about my body, seeing my skin clear up as well as having fewer issues with my gut and skin in general.
Shifting negative thoughts to loving ones for sure [has been very effective]! I find that journaling is the best here. Write the fears that you have, and then allow yourself to shift them to what you would love to hear or the most loving perspective.
I always say (including to myself) that there’s nothing to lose from shifting negative thoughts and feelings to be more loving, but there is much to lose in continuing ways that you may resent. Therefore, why not give it a shot?
Making sure that you eat enough veggies each day is underrated. Also, I find that doing a daily walk makes all the difference in both vitality and emotions when my job has been pretty sedentary!
Know that there is some sort of solution, solace or form of consolation for whatever you’re going through. There is no loss without some form of gain (Law of Conservation) — so no matter how tough something has been, what is there to learn or gain?
The Kimberley Wenya Podcast dates back to the very beginning of my manifestation journey for anyone interested in following a full-blown journey (where I started with manifesting small amounts of money, as well as an apartment to move out into!) all the way to manifesting multiple 6-figure businesses! And soon to come, will be a book on manifestation I’m currently in the middle of writing! (It should be out in late 2022!)
Manifestation isn’t a magic wand that will suddenly make all your desires a reality. It is, however, a way to shift your own internal energy and thought processes so you begin thinking more positively about yourself and your life.
These positive thoughts will ultimately lead to making more positive choices in your life that can help you with your own internal happiness as well as help you reach your goals in life.
