Federica had a calling to get into holistic wellness. This path seemed completely natural to her and although the work can be challenging, it is very rewarding for her:
I have been a certified Body Talk practitioner since 2009 and have also integrated a master class for doing remote sessions. I am specialized in microbiome issues, fascial balancing, structural integration and am also a craniosacral therapist and do Reiki.
A sense of adventure and the need to discover new realities [got me into this field]. Learning and reading about holistic medicine gave me relief.
Doing what I’m really passionate about is priceless but I can’t deny that the path is hard.
Body Talk may be a less well-known modality of holistic healing but can be extremely beneficial. Sessions are easy and comfortable in the sense that they are done fully clothed and can be as long or as short as you need:
Body Talk is an energetic medicine that helps to re-establish the energetic circuits and THEIR efficient communication in a quick and effective way, which then allows the body to recover and catch up in the INNATE healing process.
BodyTalk sessions are easy, safe, and comfortable; they are done with the client fully-clothed. A BodyTalk session usually lasts between 15 and 45 minutes. The length of a session is not indicative of the quality of the session or the results that occur; as even the simplest sessions can be quite profound. The body-mind knows just how many changes and corrections it is ready to initiate in any given session, and will therefore indicate when the session is complete and may even establish a time when you may need to return for a follow-up session.
You and your BodyTalk Practitioner often begin your session by discussing your health status and whatever other personal issues you may wish to address. Then, you will either relax in a chair or on a treatment table while the practitioner, positioned at your side, will gently use your arm in such a manner to establish Yes/No communication. This Yes/No communication is also called neuromuscular biofeedback, which is similar to applied kinesiology. By understanding that your body has an inherent knowledge of itself, the BodyTalk Practitioner is able to quickly and easily ask your body what communication circuits have become compromised and in which order these lines of communication need to be re-established for the fastest possible healing process to occur.
Body Talk can be extremely beneficial for mental and physical health challenges. Not only does it support emotional and mental growth, but it can be used as individual treatment that is catered to the patient. Federica explained to us how Body Talk can be beneficial in overall health and wellness:
I have witnessed good results with insomnia, headaches, digestive issues, hormonal issues, and backaches.
One of the major areas addressed by The BodyTalk System is personal and spiritual growth. Balancing the body biochemically, physiologically, and emotionally, while addressing specific beliefs and attitudes, the BodyTalk System is a very powerful tool in the field of personal development.

[Clients] say that they feel relaxed but energized at the same time. They always leave my studio with a huge smile and a new light in their eyes. We spontaneously give each other a big-hearted hug when we finish the treatment. They say that sometimes they can’t understand what we do because it is a subtle energetic practice but all they know is that they feel better, their health issues improve a lot or disappear, and most importantly their life changes for the better.
Holistic healing can be met with some skepticism, especially something that isn’t very well-known and widely accepted yet. But Body Talk is grounded in the reality that organisms have the power to heal themself. Federica’s advice if you’re feeling skeptical about it:
I always say to give it a chance and to try it, because it must be tried and not understood!
